Accommodations
The cottage is divided into two parts
with an atrium in the center. The atrium has a large dining table, chairs and a charcoal grill.
The south side:
- Living room
- Kitchen (with a dishwasher)
- Dining area
- Bedroom w/Queen & A/C unit
- Bedroom with two Twins
- Full bathroom
The living room has a gas heater for the cooler season and an air conditioning unit for the summer.
The north side:
- Bedroom w/Queen & A/C unit
- Bedroom w/ two Twins & A/C unit
- Bathroom with shower
There is a smart TV with cable, and there is WiFi.
Supplies
We supply most everything except bed
linen (2 queens, 4 twins) and towels. There are blankets and pillows
We have a number of beach chairs and coolers for your use.

Location
We are located just two blocks from the beach at Chesapeake Street. This part of the beach is never too crowded, and it has a life guard and a shack where you can rent umbrellas and chairs (and buy snacks).
A walk from the house to downtown Dewey is about 10-15 minutes, and a walk to downtown Rehoboth is 25-30 minutes. Note: Both walks are shorter from the beach
You may park in the
driveway--which fits 5 or 6 cars-- without a permit, but for street parking, you’ll need to pay from mid-May to mid-September.
Dogs
We love dogs-- you may bring your well-behaved ones to the house for an additional $50 per dog (per week).
(No cats, please, as one of the owners is highly allergic)
